Conroy Construction has completed numerous medical facility renovations across the north state, including OSHPD 1 and 3 projects like Enloe Hospital, Chico Community Hospital, and Gridley Medical Center. Pat Conroy’s early projects at Enloe included the UV Polydiagnostic Lab and the Heliport, and the company has maintained a longstanding relationship with the hospital through five administrations. Conroy Construction has also built six dental facilities, covering various specialties, many as design-build projects from the ground up.
